1. How to place an order at shorttshirt.store?

You can browse the products on our website, select the desired product and click “Add to Cart”. Then, simply complete the payment process according to the instructions.

2. What payment methods can I use?

The main form of payment we accept is Paypal.

3. How long does it take to deliver?

We will deliver your order within 7 to 20 working days from the date of order.

However, there may be circumstances that we cannot foresee such as weather conditions or logistical difficulties that may result in minor delays.

In these cases, we will contact you. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

4. How can I track my order?

Once the order is shipped, we will send an email with a tracking number so you can track the status of your order.

5. Can I exchange or return the item?

Yes, you have 30 days to return the item from the delivery date.

If it has been more than 30 days since you purchased the item, we cannot provide you with a full refund or exchange. Please see details here.

6. Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

Exchanges and cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will confirm when applicable.
