RETURN POLICY

Thank you for choosing our store for shopping. We hope you will love everything you order from us. You have 30 days to return the item from the date of delivery.

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

We will send you an email notifying you that your order has been approved and a refund will be issued.

Return conditions

Returned items must comply with our policies

The product must be intact, unused, with labels and packaging intact.

The product must have an order number or purchase receipt.

In case the above conditions are not met, the right to decide to exchange or return the goods belongs to our store.

Shipping

Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error or omission on our part.

Once the returned item is received and eligibility for exchange is verified, we will process the exchange.

My product arrived damaged

We are committed to bringing the best quality to customers. If this happens, you can refuse to accept delivery at the delivery point and the product will be returned with the driver.

Please take photos of the damaged item if possible. Please contact us via email or call us please attach pictures.

 

REFUND POLICY

Refund time

When you receive the product, please inspect it and notify us of any defects, missing or misdelivered products. You have 30 days to return the product to us from the date of delivery.

Change/cancel order

Exchange and cancellation requests are only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will confirm when it is applied.

You cannot change your order after 24 hours.

Refund option

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Late/missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, check your bank account first.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before a refund is posted.
